Hair loss causes and precautions

Who isn't afraid of hair loss?

Here I am talking about some causes and precautions to avoid or minimize the hair loss.
This subject goes through medical issues and bad habits. My family and I have a specific point of view which have been helping lots of people over 50 years.

Medical issues precautions
- Hormone disorder is most common in teenagers girls starting her periods and in women over 50 years old, so go to a doctor and check your hormone levels and take care of it.

- Although lower iron levels is most common in people who have just become vegetarian, it doesn't mean that if you aren't, you shouldn't check your levels. Try to keep iron level over 70 and lower than 120 (always consult your doctor) eating vitamin C rich food, and avoiding caffein beverages after meals, which blocks the iron absorption. This will help you to keep you more distant from the hair loss.

Remember also to consult a doctor, it is the best way to keep iron levels you need to have a healthiest life.

Bad habits and tips
- Most common mistake is applying conditioner close to the scalp, it increases the greasy on the scalp causing hair loss.

- Super hot water in the shower is aggressive to the scalp, it can cause more hair loss, prefere warm water.

- If you don't wash your hair properly, it can leave more products waste on the scalp, blocking the hair bulb, causing hair loss. (I'm going to create a post teaching how to wash properly)
